You may return an unworn, unused piece in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund: the item must be unworn and undamaged, original packaging and authenticity certificate must be intact, personalised / engraved pieces are non-returnable.
Email us with your order number and a brief reason. Our team will share return shipping instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
