Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the item has not been shipped. Custom or made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

2. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for standard products. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact. Custom-made and engraved items are not eligible for return.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method via Razorpay. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchange

We offer exchanges for a different size or variant within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability. The item must be in original condition.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
